Refund policy

Under EU law, made-to-order or personalized items are excluded from the 14-day withdrawal right once production has started.
Because items are printed on demand, we can only accept returns for damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items.

If this happens, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order:

hello@liminaluppsala.se with your order number and photos of the defect.

We’ll either replace the item or issue a refund. We can’t accept returns for wrong size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
