1. General Information

All products are designed in Sweden and printed/embroidered to order by our trusted EU production partners.

2. Orders and payments

Orders are confirmed once payment is received.
We accept secure online payment methods such as card, PayPal, and mobile payments.
All transactions are processed through encrypted payment gateways — we never store your payment details.

If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we’ll contact you to arrange a replacement or refund.


3. Shipping & Delivery

All products are made to order and usually ship within 5–10 business days.
Shipping times vary depending on your location:

  • Sweden & EU: typically 3–10 business days after fulfillment

  • International: typically 10–20 business days

You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.
Customs fees (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.


4. Returns & Refunds

Under EU law, made-to-order or personalized items are excluded from the 14-day withdrawal right once production has started.
Because items are printed on demand, we can only accept returns for damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items.

If this happens, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order:

hello@liminaluppsala.se with your order number and photos.

We’ll either replace the item or issue a refund. We can’t accept returns for wrong size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.


5. Warranty & Product Safety

All products meet EU textile safety and labeling standards.

Each garment includes country-of-origin and material labeling for traceability.


6. Prices & Availability

We reserve the right to update prices, descriptions, or availability at any time.
If a pricing or listing error occurs, we’ll contact you before processing the order.

Prices include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs and delivery times are shown at checkout before payment.


7. Intellectual Property

All designs, text, and images on this website belong to Liminal Uppsala and Meridian Myst Echo.
Reproduction, modification, or resale without permission is not allowed.


8. Privacy

Your personal data (name, address, email) is collected only to process your order and provide customer service.
We don’t sell or share your data.

All payments are handled securely by external payment providers, and we never see or store your card details. Our website uses basic, anonymous cookies that keep it running smoothly and help us understand how people use it.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. Just send an email to hello@liminaluppsala.se, and we’ll handle it within 30 days.

We keep order information only as long as required for accounting and tax purposes, and you can unsubscribe from our emails whenever you like.
